Yes — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your store limit. You won't lose access to existing stores, but you won't be able to add new ones until you upgrade. Our Professional plan supports up to 5 stores, and the Agency plan is unlimited. Upgrading takes just a few clicks.

Yes — both the Professional and Agency plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You'll have full access to all features in your chosen plan for 14 days. If you decide HomepageFrame isn't right for you, simply cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Annual billing charges you for 12 months upfront at a 20% discount — that's $39/mo for Professional (instead of $49) and $119/mo for Agency (instead of $149). You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time; the change takes effect at your next renewal date. Annual plans are non-refundable but you can cancel to prevent auto-renewal at the end of the term.
